ਆਪ ਸਭ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਹੋ। ਆਪ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ-ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ 'ਤੇ 10 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਘੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਨ• ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਰਾਹਤ ਕੈਂਪ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਨ• ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਘਰ ਦੂਰ-ਦਰਾਂਡੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਘੜੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ•ਾਈ ਦਾ ਆਰਜ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰੋ। ਇਸ ਨੇਕ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਓ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ੁਕਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰ ਹੋਵਾਗਾਂ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਾਂ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਵਰਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਰਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਉਣ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਇਨ• ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਨ•ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਮਿਡ ਡੇਅ ਮੀਲ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਜਾਂ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਆਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਬਲਾਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੰਡਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬਲਾਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਫਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫਤਰ ਤੱਕ ਸਮੂਹ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਮੂਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇਸ ਕੌਮੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਨਾ ਰਹਿ ਸਕੇ।

• PUNJAB TO APPOINT 400 HEAD MASTERS THROUGH DIRECT RECRUITMENT, ASKS TO INITIATE PROCESS
• WILL PURSUE THE CASE IN COURT TO GET RECRUITMENT OF 800 DPES AND 646 PTIS COMPLETED
• SAYS 70,000 TEACHERS RECRUITED IN PAST 9 YEARS, RECRUITMENT OF 14000 TEACHERS UNDER PROGRESS
CHANDIGARH, SEPTEMBER 28:
Education Minister Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema today said that Punjab would soon hand over appointment letters to 6050 master cadre teachers and 2005 ETT Teachers by accomplishing the recruitment process before 15 October.
While presiding over the ongoing review meeting, Dr. Cheema issued directions to authorities concerned for completing the recruitment process as early as possible. He said that the appointment letters to 6050 teachers of different subject of master cadre and 2005 ETT teachers would be handed over to them before 15 October. He said that counseling for this purpose was going on from 19 September, which would be concluded by 4 October.
Discussing the issue of recruitment of 800 DPEs and 646 PTIs, which was pending in Hon'ble Court, Dr. Cheema said Department would pursue the case to get the recruitment process completed. He also directed the officers/officials of department to take up the matter with the office of Advocate General of Punjab.
Dr. Cheema also gave instruction to department for initiating the process of direct recruitment of 400 Head Masters. He informed that during past 9 years more than 70000 teachers had been recruited in Punjab while recruitment of 14000 teachers was under progress.

State Education Minister Dr Daljit Singh Cheema visited two ailing students, Atharv and Jagdeep Singh, at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital (DMCH), here. A student of Senior Secondary Residential School for Meritorious Students, Ludhiana named Jagdeep Singh is undergoing treatment at DMCH Ludhiana for last few days, while another student of DAV School named Atharv is also admitted at DMCH for treatment.
Dr Cheema informed that he has already directed Meritorious School Society Project Director Gen (Retd) KAS Bhullar to make sure that Jagdeep Singh gets the best treatment. He said that the Punjab government would bear all the expenses incurred on the treatment of Jagdeep Singh.
He then visited another student of DAV School named Atharv. On coming to know about the whole incident, Dr Daljit Singh Cheema directed DEO (Secondary) Mrs Paramjit Kaur Chahal to look into the matter and submit him the inquiry report at the earliest.
Education Minister Dr Daljit Singh Cheema also wished speedy recovery for both the students. He asked parents of both the students that the Punjab government would provide all possible help to them.
