Good news for those who buy a new flat. The Cabinet also gave approval to a 20 per cent exemption on stamp duty on newly built flats named first purchase Bay. The government has given relief to the last buyer. Reasonable rates will be 20% stamp duty exemption on the Bay-bond in relation to the new flats.
